Residential Construction Job Setup Coordinator
Residential Construction Job Setup Coordinator is responsible for preparing and organizing construction documents before the actual work begins. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase orders: Acquire & Approve all customer purchase orders.
- Data Entry: Setup all new jobs in computer
- Coordination: Work with Superintendents, Estimators and foreman to ensure all paperwork and packets are completed on time.
- Documentation: Work with field personal on Extra work orders.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely completion of job setup
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all aspects of the construction start orders addressed and meet project requirements.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes and equipment.
- Problem Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve issues that may arise.
- Computer Skills. Able to work with Microsoft Office 365 along with inhouse systems with the ability to adjust quickly.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Degree: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; additional education in construction management or a related field can be beneficial.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction or site management is highly preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish a plus.
Base pay range
$ 52-63,000 annually. Based on experience.

CONVEYOR TRUCK OPERATOR
Will train the right candidate.
MUST have CDL class B with air brake license.
Pay is based upon experience up to $53 per hour.

Position: Flat-Crew Finisher

Position: Foreman Crew Leader
An outgoing individual to manage & lead foundation or flatwork crew for residential new home concrete. Qualified Individuals should be self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and should be able to read blueprints and specifications, layout work and manage a crew of 4 plus employees. Experience is a Plus. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience. Sign on bonus, Excellent Salary and Benefits. Includes Salary, IRA, paid vacation, health insurance. Class-C CDL drivers license required.
Position: Equipment Maintenance Coordinator
An outgoing individual to maintain equipment service schedules. Supervises and coordinate all activities of maintaining equipment for field crews. Maintain records on miles and hours of each piece of equipment. Coordinates all equipment needed for each crew and schedule routine maintenance. Spanish speaking a plus. An outgoing individual to assist the estimating department with daily task. Duties to include following up with customers, printing of blueprints, Job setup, producing job packets, Quantity takeoffs, Daily material actuals. Maintain vendor pricing & quotes. Computer skills required. Includes Salary, IRA, paid vacation, health insurance. Spanish speaking a plus.
Position: Superintendent
An outgoing individual with emphasis in residential concrete construction. Supervises and coordinate activities of field crews engaged in various concrete construction. Inspect daily work, job readiness, schedule crews, safety inspection, communicate with builder superintendents. Computer skills required. Includes Salary, IRA, paid vacation, health insurance, phone, and truck. Spanish speaking a plus.
